I'm happy with the salary they give me. Also, in terms of appraisals, top performers can get more than standard raises. Besides, we have a process where the company asks us for feedback often. I learn much from my seniors; they're easy to talk to.

Dislikes

Employees are asked to work extra hours on projects without extra pay, and believe that shouldn't be the case.

Likes

Company is good from every point of view. People here are supportive and approachable, maintaining a courteous demeanor. I haven;t witnessed anyone speaking rudely or inappropriately. Without a doubt, I would recommended working here if you seek a peaceful and productive work environment.

Dislikes

No extra compensation, if you are asked to work overtime. This is the only con I see here.

You can get a job even if you are not qualified enough for the job. But if you are qualified then you will be reporting to unqualified people. Which Makes it easy to work cuz seniors don't know anything about work.

Dislikes

... with mold and fungi everywhere. They shutdown AC to save electricity in summer. They deduct leaves as well salary then assure that you will get it back in next month bt obviously you get nothing back. You think they have all these great brands and feel happy to join bt In short its like booking an hotel room by looking at the lavish pictures on a mobile app but finding out that it's nothing but the creepiest OYO room with dirty bedsheets.

If you are a fresher then it is okay to work because the Interview rounds are not tough it is also because the salary is equals to stipend.

...Very Important thing the work culture here is categorised by micromanagement. h.) Also Saturdays and Sundays are not off If your salary goes aboev 10LPA they will be going to treat you like ROBOT.

when it's time for appraisals, company doesn't stick to set pay raises. Instead, they reward people based on how well they do their job, which i believe is a positive aspect for top performers

You need to adapt yourself to the fast-paced working nature of this workplace
