No Appraisals: There are no performance-based appraisals or salary increments, leading to stagnation and low morale. 4. Unrealistic Expectations : The workload is heavy, with deadlines that are often impossible to meet. 5. Poor HR Policies : The HR Policies are poorly structured and fail to prioritize employee well being. 6. Unprofessional Management : Senior staff can be rude, and managers are often promoted with just two years of experience, resulting in inadequate leadership. 7. Insider Culture : The company seems to be run by a close-knit group of friends, limiting diversity and fresh perspectives. 8. Inconsistent Office Attendance : Managers hardly show up at the office, sometimes only once a month, yet they expect freshers and new joiners to attend daily, creating a double standard that affects team morale. 9. Unfair Working Hours : The senior HR staff often arrives at 11 AM and leaves by 3 PM, but they still expect every employee to arrive before 10 AM and not leave before 8 PM, with an expectation to continue working from home afterward. Work life balance. Field/domain of work is interesting. Flexible working hours.

Dislikes

No appraisals. No weekend work compensation, though you will HAVE to work on the weekends if they ask! No leave encashments!! A lot of unprofessionalism in almost everything. Misleading colleague.

The worst company I have ever seen. This company doesn’t gives you job security at all. These are all fake peoples working there so called managers and there workers. Especially some IITians are also working there I don’t know why. If such people are working here it means there is a terrible situation in private sector. In this company you are just getting experience letter but no experience at all. So called doctors whose field is medical line are sitting here with a job designation of Business analyst. They show themselves that how hard are they working but in real it is vice versa.
