Flexible timings and work-from-home policies. Good learning opportunity, Generally good work,if you are really unlucky you might end up in a team with a bad job.

...esco will take you for granted. While joining you might get a good hike / offer. over a period of time your salary will be lagging a lot, suppose if you stay in this company for more than 10 years your salary will be half of the industrial standard. HR has no intention of correcting this. even if you get an offer use this as a temporary work opportunity, not a place to commit for long valuable years. Generally, Management doesn't value experience. Key people have moved out of the company. Now struggling to address the complexity of work.

Salary normalization is not done for the loyal engineers who are working since more than 5 years. But management has money to hire new engineers buy paying as per market standards. Recommended only for people who want work life balance and less salary. Otherwise no major complaints.

Good food,operator safety, sanitizer on door step, security checking before entry, etc....

No salary hike, you can,t talk with management it's very difficult to contact with them, career growth is very slow you have to wait 2-3 years to get onrole on this company
