The contractors ,are behaving like bosses and role models.. Which is really not like that ,staying humble and discipline is really ok, A uniform should be given to them.A professional services will be that way.

Nothing much to say about. If you are very good in your work, the management is ready to give any support. Allowance are little bit different compared to other MNC's, but at its standards it is giving good compensations and allowance to all it employees.

Would like to suggest the management to implement proper HR norms, so that it will provide further strongness to the company
