The employees (except the Business Analyst team) are good. Employees work very hard but there is no appreciation/value of their work.

The work culture is very horrible. Zero job security with no value of your work. Toxic work culture and abusive language by the owner.

All employees are having good knowledge about their work and very supportive team, good growth of carrier, and even a fresher person can be a professional person in just a few months.
