The only thing I liked here was the management did not force employees to work overtime.

Dislikes

Sudden layoffs without even informing the employees prior. Top performing employees were let go whereas bottom performing employees were retained. No transparency for growth and appraisal. No consideration for employee problems, only client problem matters.

Team mates are supportive. Permanent work from home.

Dislikes

Permanent Night shift. Frequent layoffs. Zero transparency. No benefits except the health insurance. Upper management will expect you to work on weekends/day offs.

It's become a trend over the last couple of years to take on way too much work than they can handle, which leads to the teams scrambling to complete them on time, often compromising on quality.

Likes

Supervisor listens to our concerns, whether work related or personal, and provides suitable solutions, like leaves and concessions on work volume when needed.

Dislikes

Company takes on way more work than required more often than not, and that tends to put immense pressure on all teams and can result in compromising quality in order to deliver work to client on time.
