This is the worst company I ever worked for. No growth in career and in terms of salary as well. Base on ambition box research vistra pay scale is 42% less than market standards. My Manager never used to do one on one with the employee, he even used to rate employee level rating by himself. Employee should Mark the 2 or 3 rating as he says. Otherwise he will never approves the self assessment. Then he used to reduce further more rating in manager level rating. All manager are from old school and above 60 years. No space for process improvements and automation. There is no space of recognition for your hardwork.

Fixed work shift is there. That is the plus point.You can gain knowledge of not only one process but pool of processes..Team mates and colleagues are friendly

Compensation and benefits system is poor There is no reward and recognition program Slow career growth

Thank to get better opportunities to improve carrier however this company suitable for new joiners , here is the knowledge bank to grab all soft skills clients interaction challenging tasks overall correct platform to improve

If you're looking to join in KYC/Aml background and it's Netherlands team then i would request don't🙏🏼 This team is too toxic, hostile, unhelpful & unprofessional due to which me & other new joiners left. Very toxic, rude & comparative approach by The associate director & managers of client acceptance & the Netherlands team. There's no work life balance & they make you work more then 12 hours Daily asking to work on Weekends too ! Don't fall for the trap of " Only 8 days WFO "
