Only the work culture & work life balance is good. Remaining things like company policies, salary increments, learning & upskilling opportunities are very poor.

Dislikes

There are a lot of issues with hierarchy & management policies. For temporary employees no benefits are available. MS Office 365 was not available to all. Only in Jan 2022, they purchased thr packages to all. Being a MNC, they should not make the everyday work difficult by asking the employees to use online excel & office tools in order to save money. That's really unfair. Career growth & up skilling opportunities are very poor.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent . there ya huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is devend but career growth is high....ther is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.

...cutting. Worst work life balance. No process followed in software development. Lay off at Corona pandemic and salary deduction for all employees.

...hings here, and you will be working on multiple projects at a same time so work load will sometimes be more, talking about salary you will get as per the market standard but internal increment is very less,

Visteon should focus on salary of existing employees rather than giving more package to employees which switch from other companies to visteon.

Work-Life balance, You can give time to your family as well as friends. As it is product based company so the timeline for the delivery is quite flexible.

Dislikes

Compensation, not good hike, Variable salary is high which we don't even get 50%, apart from salary and compensation everything is good in visteon.
