...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

My manager is a well-known individual who understands the well-being of calleugues and has extensive expertise of the department.

Company and employees culture is very bad Extra work hours without any benifits without food & with least salary, it would be 9, 9:30am to 8,9,10pm also all days. No one caring our employees well being and mainly health of the employees.

1)Do not sport to branch team in collection lead , 2)And long time experience older do not satisfaction salary because example 11 year working vistaar finance but only CTC 4 Lakh

...cts best in class with minimum TAT for disbursal great incentive structure over all good for promotions and salary hike.

Work time are very poor we are working 9:30 am to 9 to 10 pm every day, only 1 st Saturday in month holiday 3 rd and 4 th sunday compulsary working that becomes continuosly working fir nearly about 16 to 20 days which is very wrong. Work life balance very poor due to extended timing and working on holidays like sundays.

... regarding the employee. I have a bad experience regarding the shifting charges. Before shifting they have ready to pay but after denied, i have not received the amount till yet after taking several follow up.
