Though every organisation has been dealing with pandemic in different way, vista has make sure to pay to its employees in difficult times, but still they are not allowing or encouraging WFH facility knowing to commute with Mumbai city.

Dislikes

Vista is continuously chasing employees to work from desk rather from home. Even when things are being done greatly from home itself by employing, we only our company to understand our commutation problem especially in this whole pandemic situation, since they are not even providing basic reimbursement to one.

there is no on job training was not there in vista, career growth is very slow ,salary also not as per mnc company standards,and there is no culture

The only advantage of working at Vista was the interaction with top QSR organizations such as McDonald's, Subway. That helped in learning many aspects of Food industry.

Dislikes

The appraisal process was completely unfair and lack of transparency. The compensation was very bad in comparison to industry standards.

1. No transparency 2. With the Limited information you have to deliver 3. People takes success from you and if any failure came the first comment on you is "who asked you for not to do it. It is your mistake" 4. If you explain technically the comment will be "pura dhuniya aiseyi chaltha hi, tumko nahi malum.. do wht I say".. 5. Leaving all back those things, it is a secure job with good work life balance
