Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. ...h as trainees continues as trainee for 5 to 10 years even performance is good. Terminate the employees without intimation and won't give proper reason and compensation for termination. No softskills training

Salary is always deposited on-time

Dislikes

No work like balance. No growth for women. Should be there at 9 in the morning sharp but work day may even end at 8. Also they call anytime. No matter it is 10 or 11 in the night. gives 100 tasks, adda another 100 and if we miss one they blame for not doing timely work
