There is nothing i like about here.

Dislikes

The salary for fresher was low and their leave policy and other benefits nothing was discussed by HR. My PF amount was not credited according to government norms by the company. They dont provide enough leaves and extend the working hours.

Hello salary is less for freshers if we work on week ends you will get incentives if there is no work only basic pay you will get and there is a transport facility for girls only who are working in night shift 1 way cab drop over all every thing is good they respect each and everyone managers are good TL are very supportive totally good

Work environment is very nice and culture, Team leaders and teammates are supportive. Company policies are good they give bonus every 6 months. In Visionet there is a cafeteria for chilling and Every month end we have team lunch.
