...anagement are good supporting every day. Company rules and regulations are good. Every year salary hile and bonus.

Some time there is a heavy work.salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The work activity is quite engaging. In optical industry you can learn lot from there. Good compensation and benefits. They will never keep your single penny. Job security is high.

Work life balance is not manageable even have to work extra without any pay for it. Employee personal development should be focused so they can be more professional. Very much interference in personal lives of employees. Less leave benefits. Personal potential not valued by the management as they start burdening you with it if you are good at something.

...lties.Their is no any option to switch in other brands under the same Company. Salary of staff is not given as per the qualification or the work you are doing.Its depend on how much old experience you have or you should have optometrist qualification.

Ground level operation is not good they feel that the company is his own. Working time too long as per the system showing (System time 8.5 work hours but we are we are working minimum 10:5 per day) You con't utilize your balance leave whenever you need. I hope that things is confidential
