The work pressure high some times but I handle well Some time late into the night. Managers don't value an individual. There are no back-up spport by senear staff person If I work well in the company but ignore my all work my seniors in the company

I got to learn a lot here. And I am happy with all the peoples here and every person co-operative and helpful.

...h got stains its character. No benefits provided to employee by vision exports. Like: Bonus, Salary Increament and Leaves Package etc. Vision Exports has stopped paying bonus to employee and one more thing that give me too much hurt in hearts ( Salary Increament and Bonus) We have been deprived of both the benefits.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.
