This company is terrible for finance grad. There is no learning opportunity. Internal politics is very high. Data entry profile. Even if you get promotion, you still do data entry. VP also does the same thing.

There is no motivation to work here. They assume that people can work at penny salary. Don't go here.

I like the overall vision laid at the beginning tenure during the tenure of EX CEO for the company. Many things changed after higher level management change. The culture is good and followed by most of the departments. Flexibity to work, new views are encouraged.

... Operations department. During pandemic many people were told to leave the jobs. Compensation and salary hike could have been better after knowing the job security risk.
