I like the overall vision laid at the beginning tenure during the tenure of EX CEO for the company. Many things changed after higher level management change. The culture is good and followed by most of the departments. Flexibity to work, new views are encouraged.

... Operations department. During pandemic many people were told to leave the jobs. Compensation and salary hike could have been better after knowing the job security risk.

Great work culture and work life balance. The management takes intiative to ensure that the employees have suficient exposure to various extra-curricular and co-curricular activities. The colleagues and seniors are really helpful as well.

Dislikes

...yee to make best use of the facilities to learn things beyond the work allotted. The pay isn't the best and the the growth is just slightly above the industry average.

... Luxuries pick up & drop for Female staff those who are on a higher position. Good Salary.

This company is terrible for finance grad. There is no learning opportunity. Internal politics is very high. Data entry profile. Even if you get promotion, you still do data entry. VP also does the same thing.

There is no motivation to work here. They assume that people can work at penny salary. Don't go here.

Due to consistent Net negative cashflows; Visible Alpha had big lay off in Oct'2023. This has direct impact on the senior employees. S&P Global liked the products created by VA, so they acquired it in March 2024.
