I have found nothing to like there.

Dislikes

...purchase department only to collect goods on credit & never pay the credits. 11. There is no fix date for salary distribution & it may be 25th or 28th of month. 12. They have filed lots of cases on employees after leaving the company. 13. Mangers are very short tempered & always insults the subordinates. 14. You have to use your own vehicle for company work & reimbursements always paid once in a month or more.

Dislikes

1. Salary does not come on time. 2. Very difficult to progress here because things are hidden and level of politics is disturbing. 3. Lack of adequate incentives. 4. At Raipur Office, no provision for snacks, oven, etc., but at Delhi Office, they do provide. 5. Very strict timings, very often one has to sit late. 6. Limited faith in staff.

No Fixed salary Date Delayed Salary now it is delayed by 2 Months No Reimbursement No Work Culture No Work System Ancient TA/DA Policy (which states that to stay in Rs.1500 in Metro City 1200 in B Grade City and 800 in C Grade City other idiotic policy as well Would start review meetings post 7'O Clock and will expect you stay late in office everyday.
