I like nothing about company except one thing I'm in a learning stage in foundry and I have to gain experience so I got it.

Director and MD get high level manager feedback from a junior level employee. 4) Salary scale is too small. 5) No CL, SL and PL criteria You only get one leave monthly. 6) Working hrs is 10 Hrs from 9-7 and mostly Director have to say something important at 7 PM. 7) Their is no vision and Goal of the company. 8) They provide zero medical facilities on the other hand if you meet with any accident they will terminate you. 9) No safety measures are taken for employees. 10) Higher management levels employees keep on changing seems like they are on trial basis in every 3-4 months. 11) Salary paid between 17-22 of every month. Overall I want to say that it is only gud if u r not getting a job anywhere so u can work here otherwise don't try to join this. U can also get their feedback from the market about their employees policies.

New technology and young staff under one roof with innovation for quality and product that satisfy customer . Very friendly nature of all employee with helping each other with their best to do for group and employee growth . Proper training ans meditation are all providing in company for self growth of employee that help to growth of group

I don't have words to explain my experience this company I just say it was a unique experience. I can't share my working experience cause there is no respect, no values of yourself.

If you're an engineer or a labour, don't get confuse this causes these profiles both are same in this company. If you are an engineer they will treat you like a labour.
