Management and teammates is very worst..., & Not supporting, Their is no job security..., No culture...., Policy are made but no one following the rules & regulations.

Management doesn't address our issues, salary is good but carrier growth is slow.on the job training is not given to new joiners.

Hard work is noticed and appreciated and it motivates to perform better. Also the leaders and top management supports very well.i have never seen such a good and positive environment and also would like to keep going on with this company.I would 100% recommend to work here. People who like to sit and take money from the company can never work anywhere and also spread negativity.I personally work here so posting this review . This is the first company where never delayed the employee’s salary nor hold , even in covid ..best company ever

Working here, I have a good work life balance now . Since I have joined this company I have got a wonderful chance to gauge more knowledge about real estate sales. It is helping me develop my skills.

CFO - Nitin Sir. He is only one person best and human in this office.

Worst boss and worst Hr. They scream at employee like animals. Employees are treat like animals. Boss thinks employee are servant of his. No respect for Employees.

Construction management staff a non-technical person .he is a retired army officers and supervisor rank officer handled all sites. Onwer is very polite and positive mindset but construction management higher level 2staff is very bad culture and no idea in construction .mathai vinoy &Santosh
