School has a very good infrastructure and mainly focuses on the core Indian culture and tradition to be followed. Healthy and nutritious breakfast and lunch is served. Overall I liked the work culture here.

Dislikes

In terms of applying leaves and working holidays is very less.

Likes

I liked the fact that this school welcomes new opportunities which is paramount for learning. Also, the new Principal Ms. Shanthi Seetharaman is a very efficient person. I am very sure that under her leadership, the school will surely become one of its kind.

Dislikes

Too much documentation. One has to record each and everything in order to attain perfection. But in reality, it is a bad practice as it increases your stress levels. Only what truly matters should be kept. Simplification is a big time-saver.

I like the travel opportunities, the beautiful environment, the responsibility distribution as per the skill of the employees.I also enjoy the facilities provided.I liked the team of teachers I was working with.The school provides ample growth opportunities for those who are capable.

Dislikes

What I dislike is the acute absence of leaves and constant demotivating of the staff done by the management in general faculty meetings.An employee is expected to be perfect in all aspects.If someone makes a mistake he or she is humiliated before the entire staff. There are no staff picnics .
