There is too much of wrongdoings happening within organisation. Complete Mumbai management is involved. There is too much of bad words floated in office hall. People shouting at each other fighting in office. No job security. Poor HR. No area to have lunch. complete toxic environment.

Very nice company But the salary is not as per the education and work like I did M.Com. My salary is 15000 which is more work experience and in this company we have 30 thousand rupees salary for 10th pass students and they work

Worst management:- 1) Pick and drop facility for employees are not managed properly ( no vehicle provided for going site and guesthouse for any employee) 2) Worst food provided for employees 3) HR have no policy for employees welfare (No action taken from HR after any compliment raised) 4) Even water for drinking is not of good quality. 5) Limited number of vehicles are available at site which leads to delay in working. 6) Notice period is of 3 months.

...d opportunity in HSE. I Conducted daily TBT in this safety culture on the site . Fixed time period of salary taken .
