Management is a big dislike. They don't want to pay Teachers good money to keep them motivated and getting permanent is a big challenge. Every year most of contractual teachers are replaced. Job security is a big issue here, if that can be fixed school has big potential to compete among top schoola

Vishwa bharati public school is one of the worse schools, i don't what kind of education would an institution impart that would promote racism and casteism. If your skin tone is fair you would be a special to the management, especially to Sunita Raina, who is the governing body within the school. If your skin tone is dark , you would be thrashed, you would be mentally tortured even if you have completed all your responsibilities with full due diligence. First of all there is no job security. They will hire only to ruin your tenure. This school is not even good for students as there will be a new teacher in every session because they will fire all the previous staff next year.

I love teacher dedication & weekly feedback reports by the principal.

Innovative ideas aren't responded. Has a set management system that has to be adopted. Multiple work given to one teacher without any benefits. Flattering nature is appreciated. Most disgusting was that our national language hindi speaking is not only prohibited but also punishable with fine both for teachers & students. I personally disliked this attitude.
