Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. HR Department is very weak. No role is defined, everybody is doing everything. Nobody can claim Salary on time, it can take months also to credit.

nothing, no work-life balance, only flatterers gets chance to grow

Dislikes

everything, salary doesn't come on time, no HR policy, there is no CL ML or any kind of leave. this college expects you to come work for 365 days non-stop.
