Worst work culture and very worst management , very very worst payment and salary structure with disbursement of salary , very irregular salary ...some times after three months ... single salary...

All the Directors behaves like a Family. No politics,Growing company & may be this company will cross 500Cr in next 02 years. Present HR is good & listen carefully if any employees having issue.

Dislikes

Need to have some more toilets as company is growing & accordingly employees is also increasing.

Likes

There is nothing to like about the company. Few consultancies have stopped referring candidates to this company because they actually know what this company is. But most of consultancies work for only money, so may refer you here. There is no job security as decisions are taken as per ‘mood’ or ‘on funds available criteria’. There is no word like ‘work culture’ here. Also nothing to talk about policies, coz policies are only here on paper.

Dislikes

Every bit of thing except some wonderful colleagues who are trapped there because of their personal responsibilities. You will be always reminded of your hard earned education that how xyz university given you the degree. You will be abused with word which can’t be written over here. You need to keep your self respect at home before reaching ‘their’ premises.

I am giving 1 start because there is no criteria to give rating. Very poor culture and inresposible company. Masters in dishonesty with there employees and vendors. Using abusive language to there employees. HR executive is very dishonest, working with consultant and hiring there employees on comission basis. Holding sallary every time so that there employees will live sallary and switch the company. If any one is intrested for work her so please keep you self respect at Home and go there.

Very poor culture HR executive. Only do your work and forgot for sallary. If you asking for sallary and leave you will be terminated.
