Employee are paranoid of their own job security within the company. No fixed timing of work as it depends on the whims & fancy of your Reporting authority. Sycophancy and paranoia are part of the job culture. No work life balance or metric to judge the contribution & productivity of existing employee. Employee are always fearful of losing their job even it is for unprofessional reasons.

Lots of work pressure. Apart from technical work need to do other non technical work also. As a site level engineer you have to do top to bottom all work. No support from construction manager.

...y accessible top Management. At one call all cross functional departments works. Salary on 28th of every month. In 15 days Contractor payments. There is no dearth of fund at site for fooding, lodging and accommodation issue.

As per capability..less work in hand. Company exploring different sector to establish as an 10K Crore company in next 5 years.

Extremely toxic work culture with bosses being auditors without guidance! Frequent wrong commitments given to new joiners! Overall, a very bad company to work until the hard working owners of the company realise this and turn the table for good!
