It is very good for new fresher students for learning and working. Teammates are supportive, all good but salary not be satisfied.

Salary growth is slow there is a bond of 2 years befor you cannot resign.

There is a scope for good learning here .one who doesn't bother about salary and career growth have a good place here.No work pressure from management for manager cadre and above.(below manage cadre will face work pressure )they can settle their life here without any worries

Dislikes

Not suitable for educated people.young graduates may ruin their carrer if they stay there for long time. Less promotions high expectations.it is better for 45+ age persons only.no proper competent management.

Operators and some shift incharges are nice and supportive.

...rofit. Doesn't care if there is not much employees,or they have to do overtimes. Not even ready to take new employees, and even basic pay is not that much. A lot of discrimination shown between contract employees and company employees even though they work at the same designation. Bond of 3 years is given for freshers and that too is the training period only, training period for 3 years🤭. No career growth at all.

The management is not providing our basic needs like Appointment order, salary slip, ect. Salary is not getting at correct time. Increasing the training period from 2 yrs to 4 yrs. So Career growth is very slow. Most of the employees are selected as contract base, very less numbers are company employee. Even experienced members joining here are selected as contract base only at very less salary.

Uniform arrangement and laundry service. (That is the only likes for this company) This is the most genuine review. At present I am making this review anonymous for my career purpose. After few months I will again reveal my identity. If you see 4 or 5 star review, don't believe it. Because, most of them were posted by the ones who are relatives and friends to this organization. It is a big scam. There are number of dislikes to say. Since I can't post all of those dislikes in DISLIKES box, I'm posting it in likes box also. Because I don't want anyone to spoil their lives like me. This company have very less number of employees. They doesn't recruit any fresher as an employee. They recruit everyone as a contract based worker ( Visakha Outsourcing services, Excel services, Bharati contract, etc. ). They don't fulfill the words in joining letter. They just say that the training period is for 2 years and that letter also mentions that we will be promoted to executive level. But, after 2 years of joining if you ask about it, the management doesn't answer you. They just view you like a fool. Since they already made you a contract based worker, they treat you in very cheap manner (So they might also remove you from job if you ask about appraisal or promotion). This is an example for how valueless and how ethicless this company is.

...ing periods (2-3 yrs). Actually, that's not training period, they make you work. Dead low salaries (irrespective of designation), Career growth is very very slow, Mostly contract workers join here, permanent employees are very less in number (Only the M.D's family members enjoy working here as they were given special priority). Worst management (none care about safety & welfare of employees). They always try to find professional loopholes in us. If there are no loopholes in us, then they try to find loopholes in our personal life (everyone has their own personal life, even this management has one but indulging in other's personal matters shows how mannerless they are). Interestingly, there is no proper Organizational chart 🤭. No dignity of labor. Don't expect any growth here even if you work hard and you have talent. Even the G.M here is incapable of unit chemical operations. My entire career has been spoiled because of this organization. They just use you like tissue paper. So, I request all the upcoming chemical engineers... Please 🙏 don't join in any random company if you don't have jobs. Just wait for the right opportunity.
