salary on Time that is the only benefit and because of listed company in market you will get loans easily.but that too doesn't matter because salary hike ois not too much.

Dislikes

No transparency in communication from top management to bottom line. being MNC it doesn't have that type culture or treatment from your superior.you will be kept in job threaten even you are performer.Bossism is biggest failure of vishay because uneducated people are sitting on authorized chair.for young and dynamic Engineers i don't recommend vishay to start their career as they will be screwd by higher management like anything.

Timing flexibility is good in certain departments.

Dislikes

Very autocratic culture, too much politics, not employee oriented. Late sitting expected till midnight. No meal facilities even on working upto midnight. No conveyance given even for working until midnight. Unreasonable demands made from employees. Too much focus is given to non value added activities. No appreciation for work done or projects handled. Increments are poor & there is no scope for promotions. Certain departments have no promotions for years on years. People working here are not feeling happy.

Likes

The transparent work culture and work ethics are the highlights of the organisation. Training and Skill development are the strong pillars on which the work place is managed.

Dislikes

Job security is less because corporate decisions are taken on a policy performance basis and at times market decides order position and scaling down is a constant threat looming on the horizon.
