My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. i love the fact that i am part of a team that market reliable, high quality product and has a global client base. as a result i get to travel west UP & Uttrakhand. but i am not satisfied this job

Compensation is decent but growth is slow and the work is very high some times i have work 12-14 hours straight in a day and i have attend all franchise call client call in the evening and some times late into the night manager do not value an individuals unique strength which is why i have to take back my suggestion most of the time. so i am not satisfied from this job

NO I DON'T LIKE WORKING WITH VISHAL VIDEO. NO WORKING ENVIRONMENT IN THE COMPANY. THEY DON'T KHOW THAT IN WHICH DIRECTION THEY HAVE TO GO. TOTALLY UN PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE IN MANAGEMENT.
