Mr Vishal is thinking that vishal surgicals is the one and only company in the world , Mr Vishal is thinking vishal surgicals is the one and only company paying salary to the employees Mr Vishal what a cheap mentality character your debiting the salary of employees, harrassing the employees , If your not satisfied with employees work, you have rights to take out them , But you don't have rights to scold them Many Directors they are very very knowledgeable person, humble, polite, and they know how to handle the employees but Mr Vishal cheap ,I dint meet this type of cheap person in my entire carrier If a employee is going to resign the job, how cheaply you will behave with employees you know this is called harassment and if employee is working in your company the way your speaking to employees is absolutely wrong . you will debit the salary but employee should work in your company for free what mind you having Using all abuse words , till now i dint heard this type of words with any directors Go and learn better join a course that how to behave with the staffs No one will work in your company for long term especially under you, many employees they left this company because of his cheap behaviour, torture, harrasment to the employees

...hysco he will scold employee in other words Especially in this company there is no increment, no bonus , every month salary deduction, less day allowance and no job security This is a distributor he kept high margin by chance if you brought order than again he will increase the price of the product

You can't imagine director character is a cheap mentality, every month salary deduction, In a year you will get only 10 days holiday, even in holiday also you should work and even Sunday also you should work , If you work on Sunday you will reach home late night again next morning you should reach office early In this company many employees left because of Mr Vishal will behaviour, horrible character he is No increment, no bonus less allowance no job security

Timings are good, we are given 30 leaves in an year, work culture is nice

Dislikes

There’s no cleanliness in this office. Secondly, no holidays on festivals, only 5 festival holidays are given in the whole year.
