Management threatens about losing job, no motivation at work, Need to work 16 hours.. No leaves, No fix Day off, sudden visits screws off your day even if you're outside and not in duty. No process to claim your expenses.. May need to work 5:30am to 11pm

Work culture like kal se mat aana....is a part of Vishal mega Mart.....No job security and after COVID-19 it is a trend now..so please join wisely.thanks

Good Salary in comparison to Competition Retail

1.No value of Employees thought and work 2. Biased environment 3. No specific duty hours some time more than 36 hours continuously 4. No training 5. No growth plan

On time Salary that's it Company is Good but Operations Management is worst. If company want to make money lets have strong Loss Prevention into the Management and shocking is I personally highlighted but they shut me quite from the management and gave warning to me not escalate include AM and ZM

No Job Safety and you can make money and no one will stop you till you pay percentage to Area Manager and you can see the property made by Area Manager 5times more then the salary they will get commission.

Only salary is on time rest all is pathetic.

There is no job security at this company. Worst working culture third class management. HR never responding after joining. Anytime they can fire. Duty hours is more then 12 hours and always night shift continuously after day shift. Girls staff also stay at 11pm ngt.
