There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

In spite of giving salary only 15 day for last 3month company has forced employees to resign, having 30%less manpower cost compared to before lockdown. Company financial status is terrible condition. CeO and COO are only busy in doing nothing. CHRO mr Debajit doesn't have brain think he is the only HR alive in this world please don't spoil your career by joining this company. Area managers Gets bribed by store managers,all store managers are in involved in integrity issues earn 20k as extra income

CEO AND COO &CHO area manager Amrutesh had money out of this company constructing house just by extra income which he is getting every month by store manager. Every month Amrutesh and Rajath area managers are getting 50k as extra bribe from all store manager

When I was working there is no job security.all staff was co oprative of moradabad stors.it had team spirit.executive staff like Mr.busal(CEO),Mr.pious monteiro(l/PHead),Mr.raman aorta(R.F.M),Mr.Arvind tyagi (Store manager) all really did well.I had great experience with them.thanks to all E.staffs who co operates with us. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
