Management threatens about losing job, no motivation at work, Need to work 16 hours.. No leaves, No fix Day off, sudden visits screws off your day even if you're outside and not in duty. No process to claim your expenses.. May need to work 5:30am to 11pm

They offer average amount package not so good not so bad and that's the only good thing they have.

This company is totally waste place to work. No ethics no personal life at store level. A person or his/her family never be happy till he/she working with vishal megamart.

Work life is worst/pathetic Personal life-ZERO Duty hrs give as much as you can (10 hrs to no limit) SOP daily /weekly/monthly change and if you forgot/do mistake too much pressure will come on you which is worst.

Work culture like kal se mat aana....is a part of Vishal mega Mart.....No job security and after COVID-19 it is a trend now..so please join wisely.thanks

If you like to rule and show supremacy on your subordinates then VMM is the best place to work. Your boss and to management will be happy of you show ruling power in your store, and hence your job will be secure. Otherwise be ready for transfers and humiliation over the conversation call.

...aken approved leaves (don't miss con call even you are taking "shaadi k phere"). They tend to give amoung some best salary in the industry, as they know this is the only reason someone can survive in their culture. If you're appointment as SM then be ready as you are a multiplayer, SM role in store, advocate role if there is any legal issue(they will ask you to handle till the last mile) even many more just be ready.
