...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every years.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is very slow .i am working since 2016 but my manager not promotion me.

Worst work culture. Area Manager will start shouting at you on day one. He will call you in the late evening with drinking alcohol to harassing you and threatening you I will take your Job. You can't take weekly off on every week. Day 12 to 14 hours of work. You can't take leave on emergency. No appreciation. Area Manager will not support if you need some help. HR policy is worst
