Worst culture... shift more then 12 hr no holiday no week off ..no job security .. area manager no sense of how to talk to their employes ... always used bad words and over attitude on face and voice ...jo bhi bhai yha job Krna chata h ..usko suggestion hai...bhai pani bech lena but yha job nh krna..

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are very bad and they give min salary hike and bonus every year.

Accounting and IT department is not supportive, IT department does not reply mail and not picking calls same Accounting department.

Only salary part is good here Thats why people come to join. Here Your are not working professional managers You are getting paid to take daily hits here only one person to be mentally pushed till you leave or continue same till you here

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 4 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
