...ited manpower & give double manpower work. They don't do marketing for business. Old fashion, Less staff, Low salary, Long duty hours (official 9 hours, but you've to work 12-13 hours) No job security.

Management threatens about losing job, no motivation at work, Need to work 16 hours.. No leaves, No fix Day off, sudden visits screws off your day even if you're outside and not in duty. No process to claim your expenses.. May need to work 5:30am to 11pm

Work culture like kal se mat aana....is a part of Vishal mega Mart.....No job security and after COVID-19 it is a trend now..so please join wisely.thanks

FNF process are zero after 4.5 years working I got my salary in decrease and my all leave balance amount adjusted but I don't received Timing is not good every week do straight and night
