Vishakha Glass Pvt. Ltd is a faster growing company in the solar glass renewable sector,with world class manufacturing facilities and infrastructure. They produce 650 MT solar glass on daily basis as well as assisting to universal in achieving NET ZERO goal.The company has a strong corporate policy in HR, Safety and Sustainability. Company provides Transportation, Canteen, Group Health policy and other welfare facilities.

But Newly joined employees are morely interested in raising their pay and position due to take benefit of Remote location.As well as quitting job due to their unrealistic expectations and greedy nature and want to achieve top level position without putting forth effort or taking any pain. However the company is still creating police and will not shortlist these individuals who repeatedly leaving the organization because they are only interested in improving their knowledge and skills but company has nothing benefit them because of their selfish attitude. Note : only very few of employees on each organization don't take things personally.

...s great and are striving to achieve a national benchmark under renewable sector. Provide handsome salary just to bind the employees for this isolated location.

Dislikes

The hierarchy of working from the Mundra cluster management is not even satisfactory at Mundra. The plant is isolated and no confectionery/eatable shops are nearby 30 kms of area. Everyday travel time is 1:15 hours extra to regular working hours. Feels like working under Adani group as contractor.

Very supportive and transparent nature of group safety head, He always give support to their juniors in every aspect ( personally and professionally). He is very experienced & committed to sustain safety culture . It is a big opportunity for me to learn and grow in safety and environment section under his leadership and I am thankful as a part of his team member.
