It is a great place to work with. Colleagues are helpful and we get full support from Management. Safety is paramount and not compromised anyway in the terminal.

Compensation system. Though it is has improved a lot but still a long way to go.

90% of people are in the age group 25 to 40 years which makes a very young team. This helped in for new thought process and innovation. A lot of research work has been done for indegenization of many parts. As a young team we are achieving 98% reliability of our equipment. I am happy that I am heading this team which made me more knowledgeable and strong.

Dislikes

Salary and growth are very slow. Appreciation from top management is nill. Sometimes need to work more than 18 hrs. Increments are based on performance. More people are there for telling job and very less people for executing the job which makes working people stressed.

One of the best companies in Visakhapatnam, Working environment & culture is very good . Best company for settle down for a long career. Annual sports & friendly programs will be conducted by HR team. We can feel it is as a second home without no doubt.

Dislikes

Annual appraisals for low cadre people should not consider in % manner. Percentage increments will show no effect on there take home salary

I am very much favourable with work culture and job security. The management is good enough with their employees irrespective of job cadres.

The deeds of management are quite good enough and we expect it to be more better in future

There was no encouragement interms of your hardwork or in increments even if you promoted to next stage.
