...ment is nice..shifts are comfortable.. but growth is slow.. good for freshers... salary is ok at starting... shift allowance is given to employee.. overall company is good.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is not decent and career growth is so slow. There is a bond of 14 months before which you cannot resign. No appraisal given.

Company transport drop and pick facilities are miles away from home.search analyst job is getting hired and losing job in one or two months time.because tool gets de activated any day and any second.manager is illiterate in how the work process is. TL acts like as if they know everything even when they know nothing. Un necessary rules.there is always no task,you just have to warm the seat for 8 hrs and return home.

Timings here are a bit flexible. No minute to minute time tracking here. People are also kind of friendly. Lots of freshers and so you find much talented youngsters around.

...s of "BTech" "BSc" differentiation. Company is good only is you're a BTech Grad. And if you're a BSc Grad you are taken for granted work very low salary which in no way depends upon your talent or hard work. No promotions or ratings as per your work, it all depends upon politics and how you show case yourself even if you don't do any work.

They don't give salary whatever they have mentioned on offer letter. You will never understand how much is exactly salary are you drawing. There is not any technical training or certification.

No proper induction,you will not get any proper response from HR or manager.
