I was working in client location, once we moved client location we couldn't get any help/support from Virtusa manager & HR team. The only thing they need is billing from client that's all. If we contact them for any details or help no response from them. And no one provide proper update when there any changes. Worst manager and HR response even in mail, call and ticket raised for issue. Since start of the time itself I moved to client location so I don't have much contact in virtusaPolaris when ever we contact our RM simply he said I'm not responsible or many he told he too not aware. HR won't reply on ur mail when you call they will say they will contact you latter but they won't actually.
