...to showing employees that they are valuable to company they need to be improved. Salary hikes is also not as satisfactory as they have to be. Other than that all are almost to mark.

Their salary hike and company policies that changes at any time without any consultation with employees.

Very employee friendly. They believe in upskilling the employees and most importantly, they ensure the upskilling is happening from their budget and employees do not have to pay anything from their pocket.

Dislikes

They have one of the best technologies, however, the technologies sometime becomes the hindrance.

It's eTouch Systems, terrible work culture. No respect to employees. No min hike. Encourage PIP & PEP plans a lot. TLs for verticals ESL, VF & ASL does not follow ethics. I left the company because of too much biased people, even the managers.

I like only my teammates & TL was cooperative.

Dislikes

There is no worklife balance & no job security. They have zero tolerance policy in which they terminate the employee because of just 1 error in the work. There are many issues an employee can face when they are working from home,it can be electricity issue or network issue due which they are unable to complete the task at that time. Afterall, we all are humans not robot.

One of the worst places to work, to much of politics , where senior people from the project will not allow you to grow , no proper estimations , will force you to work on Saturday and Sunday , Overall terrible company to work for
