Client won’t respect the employees who’s from this company, all contracts anytime gets over no proper duration and no early communication also. This company does anything for only clients not for employee be careful.

That Virtusa does not have projects so people are in bench so they are just sitting gossiping and taking salary. People come at 11.00 in morning and go at 6 at evening. During that time people just roaming around for coffe luch and games.

Dislikes

Everything except they are not having work🙃 the worst thing they give preference to local people, and also relocation is not possible... My suggestion for fresher is not to join virtusa still it is giving u 4.5, 5, 5.5 or 6.5 LPA don't go for money u will regret.

Worst company ever. A fresher's nightmare.

Dislikes

...licy. They have needlessly made training tougher , not provided internships etc. They have forced students into retraining again and again with no pay at all. The worst part is they don't even communicate. HR s are not responsive and just send automated emails. Don't ever opt for this company. Period!

I have 8+ Exp. I have to chose between Virtusa and Accenture depending on below details: Accenture Fixed CTC = 27.5 LPA + 27% Variable Pay Virtusa Fixed CTC = 24 LPA + 10% Variable Pay which is 100% payable every six months = 27.4 LPA (Total) Virtusa is saying Client may absorb after 6 months and may give depending on the market standards.
