Once you get into the company they will deploy you on client side and after that no body will listen to you. You will not get hike, you will not get your variable properly and increment cycle will not come on time. Overall my Experience is very very bad. If you do not have any other options then only join else stay away from this Company.

Even though many companies strictly asking to return to office, Virtusa is not implementing it strictly. Provides lot of opportunities to enroll and learn new rhings

...company. Employee appraisal happen every half-year but hikes doesn't. In last 3.5 years only one salary hike cycle happened. HR follow up on non essential things but maintain radio silence when it comes to any queries related to rating or hikes.

1) No salary hike 2) Managers and HRs are totally dumb and they do not respond of emails and team chat. 3) No appraisal time cycle 4) Duffer CEO, he does not know how to run the company. Not sure till how long this company will survive.
