Considering my personal experience not much dislikes. Small thing noticed is no comp offs or extra pay even for supporting on public holidays and timings with client expected to be available 24/7.

Good salary Having many clients. Job security is good Internal training is excellent

Depends on client it may good or bad Process needs to be improve Many assesement so sometimes difficult to balance client side work and this assesement

It is service based organisation so job security is depend if you are allocated in project.

Few clients has old development skill and always depends on client project , no own goal. Compensation and variable pay always will be cut. No transparent policy of compensation

Not so good company, specially when you leave and want their support for any pay slips of form 16 or any other support. Not recommend to anyone.

As stated above, company is not at all supportive after you leave the organization. Neither when u r working with it.

This is the platform where every individual gets an opportunity to learn new technologies. For Freshers/Mid level senior's - this is the best place to grow. Most of the accounts are purely development wherein, there would be lot of scope defined to learn new techniques/methods sometimes even technology can be switched. all the departments, play there role perfectly fine and best part - turn around is very quick and efficient. I would recommend for those who are in need of technology growth to take part of this journey.

...dous change in order to retain or secure good people not leaving organization. Second hard point is - Variable pay. the process will keep on changing. In other words, there is no consistency on when pay will be rolled out.
