Work pressure, layoff,keep in bench for long time for approximately 1 year and no salary increment & promotion if you are in bench and from last 2 year if you got increment percentage is 4%.

...company. Employee appraisal happen every half-year but hikes doesn't. In last 3.5 years only one salary hike cycle happened. HR follow up on non essential things but maintain radio silence when it comes to any queries related to rating or hikes.
