- Office is located in good location - Health Insurance Policy is good

- Only few good clients - Slashed billing rates to clients to win projects. - Project unable to pay salary to billable experienced employees - Worst management - Most of the managers are Excel pundit they have no idea what technology is - They give unrealistic deadlines to clients - There are thousands of non productive, non billable liabilities are sitting and eating large chunk of the revenue without doing any productive work - No value for experienced technical persons - Cafeteria is horrible (not a single company has such a horrible cafeteria) - No office transport is available - If you belong to a specific state in India, then only you survive

Even though many companies strictly asking to return to office, Virtusa is not implementing it strictly. Provides lot of opportunities to enroll and learn new rhings

Dislikes

...company. Employee appraisal happen every half-year but hikes doesn't. In last 3.5 years only one salary hike cycle happened. HR follow up on non essential things but maintain radio silence when it comes to any queries related to rating or hikes.

Since there is Variable pay, we don’t receive it as promised 😔 while we receive it max amount is deducted as TAX. So this variable pay won’t be helpful

Company will never pay you variable 100%. They took advantage of Covid situation and cut fixed salary component too. No values and ethics. Unprofessional management.

...ll come into effect immediately. No focus on employees benefits and development. Minimal job security and variable pay has 30% linked to company performance which will be always zero irrespective of the company performance and no information to the employees about company goals and action plan to reach them and retrospection on plan. Will get call from hr only if you are on bench or end of current contract. Manger will be changed so frequently for no reason but they are able to provide ratings without any knowledge on the project. No appraisal discussion with employees.
