...to give best suggestions for the improvements and all. But no one cares there. My salary was 13000 and was working as guest Relation executive. 9 hour job and salary was not acceptable. And one thing more my HR said to buy my uniform suit myself and will pay me with my salary. And i bought my suit as they said me to buy and it was of Rs. 9800 and till now am waiting for my money. And they didn't pay me that amount.. This kind of company it is.. Work load was alot but appreciated never done. The operational manager Tahir was a most fu #du person in whole mall. Even the retailers also curse him due to his behaviour and his way of work. He used a girl there as his gf who was my colleague and fcks her usually and always make partiality. He never make smooth relationships with the retailers. There is so much i want to say but i don't want to remind that time.... And if you can look into it then please its a request to kindly check it please have a fine look on my words dear. Thanks.

Management is transparent. Good salary ..company policies are good .No complaints about company.

Dislikes

Lot of politics . Our hardworking doesn't reach to management level. The next Senior person will take all the credits and pretend as if he has completed the task at given time period . No importance given to us in the meetings.. no respect given ..no career growth .

The management is volatile and doesn't have competent leadership, no transparency in operations and daily running of things. No company culture or SOPs, everything runs on the whims and fancies of the CEO. Employees hired to run day to day are very inexperienced and lack any training or skills, but come at a low cost to the company to save on costs. Turnover is extremely high.

Company always good but people who are working there in hire management they choose employees base on the liking or dislike over the work.

Nothing, company has give very good atmosphere for everyone. But some how few people's are working for their own benefits.

Worst company to work with no respect for talent full of nepotism, highly unprofessional, unethical company to work , hire and fire policy, no value for employees, terrible company to work !!
