They have a contract of 1 year with freshers which is illegal, you'll have to pay back if you leave. They should change this. And work pressure is a little way too much.

Rude staff, expecting a lot from freshers, a lot of pressure, problem in leave approval, targets are like a sales job, laptop and mobile are not provided by company, there is a one year bond so that freshers think thousand time before resigning, very bad work culture

Toxic work culture, inhumane and inconsiderate management, 0 employee satisfaction, changing rules and regulations as per their convenience, only care about numbers and revenue at the cost of employees' mental health, hitting below the belt with harsh words and use personal problems against employees

The company has a good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and helpful. There is a healthy competitive atmosphere.

Dislikes

Seniors are expecting way too much from the new joinees some of which are freshers in the industry. I don't think freshers should be pressurised so much in the start of their career. Also, there is a bond of 1 year before which you cannot resign.

I have joined the company on 12th June 2023 as recruitment analyst they terminated me after 20 days saying performance issue even after achiving 60% of the target in the first month itself. Worst company ever. Don't join. Fraud company! Attracts with benefits but totally lame. If u want a better future stay away from this company.
