The day I found out my colleague earns 30% more for the same role

Can not mention anything because there is nothing good about the company

Dislikes

No salaries payment. Company ran for the benefit of MD Nagaraju, he uses the company and client money for his personal use. Government should ban such companies who uses employees money and close company after they ran out of funds. There should be strict law against people who close companies running in profits once the loot those profits. Because of loop in laws those people surviving even after cheating employees without salaries. This company blacklisted by bigger companies because of frauds done by MD. Don't ever join this type of companies these not only push you career back, ever after you come out of the company would never receive any other offers. Faced these type of problems because of him personally.
