Dislikes

Internal politics and worst doctor available who never comes on time and kills you by making you wait for long and long in the night shift. More than 12 hour shift will kill you. Corrupt system of working with US.

Likes

It's a wonderful company and there's scope for growth. My suggestion is join as scribe and stick with the company and you'll be in a position you deserve really really soon.

Likes

Work from home. They plan annual trips, they respect individual opinions. Everyone can talk to the company CEO directly once a month.

Dislikes

Not being able to socialize with colleagues. Work pressure. Policies changing too frequently. Management always putting a threat on your job for every fault.

Likes

Nothing much, the management doesn't have any experience in operations. One person who had the experience also left.

Dislikes

Handing over important roles to people of least experience. No option if raising voice as itbis suppressed by local inexperienced manager. Definitely not a place for people with family. Freshers can spend sometime and make some quick money.
