... do not have any IT culture. They double deduct salary for unapproved leaves. They doesn't credit salary on time sometime salary of previous month received on 12th. They do not allow you to take leaves specially festive leaves are always unapproved and deduct twice. They do not even allow office employees to have tea, even if paid by yourself They do not allow to step out of office before 7.15 pm even at emergency. Office is completely jain. Opening tea stall is better than working here. And many more hurdles.

There is only politics in the company, very little work is done here and the only work is to blame each other. HR has no work here, just ask to talk to them. The policy changes anytime here. They trouble a lot at the time of salary increment and 1 month before the increment, they give such work that the employee is not able to do, after that they send him a performance mail. Then if the employee is a family man, they take advantage of his helplessness.

While there are many positive aspects to working at Virtual Height, like any workplace, there may be some challenges. One area that could be improved upon is management. However, I believe that addressing these challenges constructively and collaboratively can lead to positivity changes and growth.

Management people are really good and understanding. If any employee dnt know any thing about process they dont get angry or frustated they explain very politely and nicely. This is what every emoloyee wants from employer.
